Sève means sap

Tapping into what’s alive in you, today.

These invitations come from Sève, the daily nature connection practice I built because I needed one. The deck brings that practice off the screen and into your pocket.

There is no right way to use it. A few minutes by a window counts. So does a long walk.

  • 1Draw a card and take it outside.
  • 2Spend a few minutes with the invitation, in whatever way works for you.
  • 3If it doesn’t fit today, choose another. Come back to a card any time.

From Tamara

I made Sève because I needed it

I’m a certified nature and forest therapy guide and herbalist in Québec’s Eastern Townships. I hope these cards bring you outside, and back to yourself.

Spending time in nature won’t solve your problems, but it can help you return to your day refreshed, with a clearer head and a new sense of what’s possible.

Bring one home, or give one away

$30 a deck, or $25 each when you buy two or more. One to keep, one to share.

Shipping within Canada is $15, and free on four decks or more. Rates for the territories are shown at checkout, and taxes are calculated for your province.

For Christmas: order by December 7 for delivery before the holidays.
