Short version: if Sève isn't what you hoped for, write to hello@fleurbain.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Sève for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. We will process the refund promptly, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
To request a refund, simply email hello@fleurbain.com with the subject line "Refund request" and your registered email address. You do not need to explain your reason.
After 14 days
After the 14-day guarantee period, Sève subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- You were charged for a renewal you did not intend (please contact us within 7 days of the charge)
- A significant technical issue prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period
- Exceptional personal circumstances
We are a small, independent service. We approach every request with care and will always try to find a fair resolution.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Sève subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current subscription period. After cancellation, you retain access to Sève until the end of your paid period.
To cancel, contact hello@fleurbain.com or manage your subscription through Paddle's customer portal (accessible from your receipt email).
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle's refund processing timelines may vary. If you have questions about a specific transaction, Paddle's support team can also assist.
Service discontinuation
In the unlikely event that Sève is discontinued, all active members will receive at least 30 days' advance notice and a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of their annual subscription.
